I think this hall tree was a good value purchase. It took about 3.5 hours for me and my husband to put together (he assembled the top, while I assembled the bottom). There are a few little spots that have some imperfections (i.e. gaps), but they are barley noticeable. The bench is a reasonable height and seems sturdy and has held up when me or my husband sits on it, with no problem. I love having a drawer.
