It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. This is the best!!! I’ve never felt so confidently clean leaving the restroom. The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. Plus you can adjust the water stream to go full pressure or go a little easier, depending on your needs. The dryer works well and I love the little odorizer that seems to work really well too. We got a longer seat and a shorter seat version (both sold here). The longer seat is about the size of a regular toilet seat and the regular seat size feels more like a kids sized seat, so I recommend the longer seat regardless of the size of your toilet bowl.. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me.
