For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. Works well, but there is a learning curve. Very well built, easy to put together. Don’t know about the burnt grease taste that everyone raves about. I use a water pan under my meat to prevent grease from falling into the coals or onto the diffuser. Came out great. These are great non-stick pans. Have a larger set of these in our travel trailer. We don’t use have of what came with that set. Purchased this smaller set with the basics for our FL house.
