Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. I went with these to save about $1000 on each as compared to the ones from the kitchen/bath store my builder wanted me to use. I ordered two white ones for our new home remodel for an en-suite and our powder room. They are great. They are a bit lower quality than the one I have in my current home from a kitchen/bath vendor but better than the big box store options. I’m happy with the quality particularly given the thousand dollar difference per vanity. The drawers could be 3 inches longer (there is wasted space behind them). The wood drawers feel a bit lighter and are a little thinner than the more expensive one I have but they have great soft close drawers, a nice finish, and a beautiful top. If I had one complaint, it would be that we very nearly passed this piece up due to the lack of a matching backsplash. We will use tile from our shower floor to tie in so we will make due. The vanity comes all the way assembled except for the sink is built into the marble slab and that is one piece. The counter-top is extremely heavy, so be careful when carrying it and placing it on top of your vanity. The drawer are soft close and that is so exciting. I went with the 4cm top and it looks great with the straight edge vs the waterfall edge, I like the straight line look better and I am glad I was able to really study the difference. This Hampton set includes a furniture-grade open shelf cabinet with soft-close doors and drawers, an authentic Carrara/engineered quartz countertop, and a sink. The cabinet is made with wood only - absolutely no MDF or cheap particle board anywhere in this product. All drawers are dovetailed and made with 100% solid wood! Please note that due to the natural characteristics of the stone, the color and/or pattern of each countertop may vary from the pictures. No two slabs of marble are the same! The pictured basket and faucet set are not included.

The vanity is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and design everything is very well-made. We are very pleased. The marble countertop is perfect. There isn’t too much gray vein but just enough. The grey color is perfect too had just a bit of a purple hue but we are very pleased. The vanity is better than we thought had hoped. Would very much recommend and it was delivered in a crate. We are super happy we chose this vanity for the look and the value for our new home. When it arrived, the top drawer closer was not working correctly but we contacted Wayfair and they sent us a replacement right away.
