Nice super sturdy bench. Now i dont have to worry about the wood getting wet, bc this bench is made from HDPE all weather materials! No rain or weather will destroy this one! Assembly wasnt as easy as i was hoping for and i had to stop building it since screw holes didnt quite aline ( other reviewers have mentioned it before) My husband had to take the drill out to make a new screwhole and it luckely remediated the situation. I initially gave it 5 stars, but after sitying on it a bit I docked a star. Nicely made, sturdy, and attractive. However, the design could use some improvement. The back doesn't slant back quite enough and the seat doesn't have the slight backward slant that most chairs have. The front of the seat is the same height as the back, and the middle has a slight scoop that makes it look like it would be comfortable, but the overall feel is more like a church pew. I'm thinking about taking about 1 1/2 to two inches off of the back legs. But then of course I'd have to slightly cut angles into the bottom of all the legs as well, so this would be a project that will mean disassembling the bench and will take a lot of figuring, measuring, and care. I really don't need another project this summer and had hoped to relax on my bench with my morning coffee.
