Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Red wines are stored between 10C/50F and 18C/65F, while white wines are stored between 4C/40'F and 10C/50F. Temperatures are selected by touching up or down on the electronic control inside the unit. The racks can be removed for storing larger design bottles or volume bottle styles such as magnums. The two stainless-steel lined drawers can store anything you normally would put in a refrigerator, even fruit at a higher temp to keep the flavor and juices ready for any beverage.
