They look gorgeous in my home! My one suggestion is, the pattern is the same on all the beams, so if I were to do it again, I would have the pattern going one way for the first beam and the opposite way for the second beam. This product is ok. It's a little tough to work with, not very flexible and comes wrapped in a coil, like a snake. You have to let it soften up and unwind it before you can work with it. Use your hands to get it to conform to the wood planks. I used drywall screws to hold it in place. Since it was in the ceiling you can't see the screws. I don't think that glue would have worked, too much resistance. It's really expensive for what it actually is, which is a strip of rubber with knobs on it, but it does the job of hiding the seams in my wood ceiling beams and pretending to be wrought iron straps..
