Only a couple of the metal panels needed to be bent back (assuming from shipping and handling). Since each piece was labeled correctly, it made putting it together simple. I also read reviews that said it took others three hours, so I was concerned how long it may take me! In the end, it only took an hour and a half to assemble. It was light and easy to move to the are I needed it and fastened it to the base. Nothing was missing - in fact, there were a lot of fasteners left over! I recommend setting this up on 2 pallets with plywood attached on top if it isn't going on a hard level surface. Tolerances are tight, and you will be happier with the result if it's on a perfectly level surface. Too bad about the peeling plastic, as it's a good looking shed for the money.
