Item arrived in 2 separate shipments, on 2 back-to-back days. They were fairly well packed Unpacking was easy. No shipping damages were observed. I noted that the assembly instructions were mediocre at best. Most pieces were not even marked. Because of these, assembly was challenging, but manageable and time consuming. The overall result was pleasing. A nice looking vanity at a reasonable price. I did have to pay a fabricator for a custom made quartz countertop with cutouts. Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face.. I was in search of a free standing tub that had completely straight/square sides versus the many that are sold with curves and angles. I needed this to fit in a corner without leaving spaces between the tub and wall that would either trap water or dust. This was the the one squared tub that I found within my price range, with others being 2-3 times as much for some reason, so I bought it in the only version available at the time (glossy gray). It's here now, I've opened the box to take a look and it is really beautiful and substantial while also being a foot shorter in length than the alcove tub it's replacing (space that I was eager to gain in a small bathroom). I'm really excited to get it installed and will be putting in a fixed glass panel on the non-wall end and a pivoting glass panel door along the exposed side since it will get the most use as a shower. To reduce the water they recommend placing the interior panel closest to the showerhead. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-inch, 1/8-inch, ¼-inch drill bits, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/16-inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended). Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape.
