Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Mounting is simple with an EZLock assembly that locks into place with a turn of the hand. The universal design fits standard round US 3 1/2 drain openings. An included stopper allows you to fill the sink bowl with water and doubles as a plunger to safely push food scraps into the disposal. The kit includes a power cord and flange.

We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Now if the TV or one of us saying something similar to "Hi Awoco" (prompt for commands) gets her talking we have a good chuckle.. Norma. Ware, MA. Sat Feb 14 2026
