I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. I am so excited for my new tankless toilet!! I love the foot flusher and how easy it will be to clean. That being said, it is the heaviest toilet in history... I helped my husband install it but I thought I was going to pull my back out or have a heart attack while doing so. Make sure you have help to install or pay someone to do it.
