Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Nice fan overall. Quiet and doesn’t wobble. Gray wood grain on fan blades. Does not come with remote control even though title says does. I knew this because of reading other reviews but they need to update the description to be more accurate. The light is low and projects more downward especially since it has a dark metal wrap around the body of the light. I knew this from other reviews and was ok with this since we used table lamps for our master bed but if you want a bright light, this is not your fan. Light Fixture is glass which I like. Came with a slight scratch on the metal but this can be easily touched up. Pull chains have labels on them for light vs fan chain. The style matched our decor and was simply designed which I wanted for my bedroom. Doesn’t make beep sounds when pull chain like the remote control ones do and we don’t have to search for a remote in middle of night to change the settings, just can pull chain above our bed as needed..
