The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Looks beautiful!! Love it!! Even on the quiet mode it is somewhat louder than expected. It really moves the smoke and smells out of the house though!! The noise from the fan doesn’t bother me as much as it may some others but for the price I did expect it to be more quiet but it has 2 powerful fans!!
