Ordered the 10 x 10. The top is actually 10 x 10, but the inside is less so please read measurements. Took my husband & a friend pretty much all day to put together. A lot of pieces didn't actually line up with the holes for the screws. It looks good. We will have to see how it holds up in the weather. Gorgeous once it is up but it was a total pain to get the roof panels installed. The instructions were not the most helpful when you get to the roof panel, there are little black clips that per the instruction only need to be used when putting up the smaller roof panels but they are needed to hold the larger panels as they are slid in.
