This toilet was mounted of an exterior wall. The plumber mounted the water supply coming out of the floor, 6" to the left of the drain. All the modern skirted toilets had a base of 12" or wider. The sink was a massive pain in the behind to install. If connecting directly to the wall, the mounting brackets are, I think, 13 inches apart and studs studs are never that narrow.
