I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. The office chair is sturdy and comfortable to sit on. The seat is wider than usual. Quality is good and easy to assemble. Takes a bit longer when assembling all alone. The foot rest is difficult to pull out. Other than that, its a good office chair overall. Received the chairs seat, footrest and back with some visible scratch marks. I just got it, haven't used it much, but it's great! I need to elevate my leg due to a knee surgery and I wanted to give this chair a try because of the foot rest. I thought the foot rest would maybe not go far enough to be able to extend my leg well, but it did! Is the right distance to elevate a leg, it's a comfy chair, you can adjust armerst, heigh of the chair, and position of the head rest. Also, when I fold it, it fits perfectly below my desk. Really like this chair. The material is very soft and feels nicely made. It is also wide and padded. What I struggle with is the arm rests.
