It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Comfortable and soft. The faux leather isnt the cold plastic type, its soft and warm. First complaint with this chair is that it doesnt have a tiltrock function. The back operates like the seat in a car,, so its really basic for this price point. Secondly, I am afraid to use the foot rest because its so unstable, and causes the chair to lean forward precariously while using it. It flips up awkwardly, and then tucks back underneath the chair to store away.
