Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. The full body massage chair is not exactly what we expected. It seems to be larger than needed for us. I have tried laying it flat on the bed. I have a bad back so didn’t really want to use it on the floor. The controller and instructions are confusing. You basically have to just play with it until you figure out what is good for you. I tried it on a bed, the top part does slip. I am not sure if it would be better on a chair or a recliner. I plan on trying that soon. When you first lay on it (off) it is hard. You feel all the balls in it. So be sure to position it where you want the massagers. They may be to powerful for some. It’s not bad and I will try on a chair soon. So far, it worked fine. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! My wife is absolutely in heaven. The dishes come out cleaner than we’ve ever seen before, even the ones we used to pre‑scrub out of habit. Now we just load, start, and walk away. The quiet operation is unreal. It’s so silent that we often have to walk over and check whether it’s actually running. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt.
