Overall I am satisfied, it is very convenient because of the 2 drawer system, it looks super sharp, I like using the app. I’m not in love with the tablet detergent, sometimes it leaves residue. I’ve also noticed that my dinnerware - which is actually stoneware, doesn’t clean like the other items in the same wash. I’ve tried all the modes and buttons all the different washes and I can honestly say this is a great dishwasher.. but it’s not perfect. Let’s start with my I love.. it’s quiet.. it’s powerful.. a one hour wash is in most cases sufficient and I love that it opens at the end of the wash, so the steam comes out and the dishes dry nicely. What I don’t like is the interior organization and the way door closes. The interior racks are not spaced out properly for maximum loading. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. It's great to find Riedel quality on the Wayfair site. Earlier in the year I ordered the champage glasses which are a bit smaller. I put the white wine glass next to it so you can see the difference.
