Faucet is gorgeous! Its handle provides a nice contrast and all together the faucet complements my dynamic countertop. This faucet was a replacement for an older one that had lost water pressure. Issue now resolved and even better with "Power Boost " feature. Love the motion control, very responsive. Also works with Alexa. I wasn't sure that it would work given the negative reviews regarding voice activation with Alexa app but it has been working well so far. Installation was easy. I wish the faucet's swivel wasn't restricted to 100 degrees rotation. The kitchen sink is a standard double bowl and the faucet's reach positions perfectly over the smaller bowl's drain but not so over the large bowl, however I was able to rotate the base a bit to correct but it makes the faucet appear slight off center. Good thing I don't have OCD. The secure docking and retraction of the pull down hose works ok but maybe the hose could've been a little longer or the weight heavier for a more brisk retraction and docking. We had one of these since 2016 (8 years) and just recently the hose sprung a leak. It was easier to just re-buy the same exact one. We're creatures of habit; don't like change... This isn't the most expensive faucet there is, but the quality is great and it looks much more expensive than it was. It gets a lot of compliments from friends too. Everything is solid metal, save for the nozzle and handle. Our handle did have the chrome coating flake off, likely due to oily hands, but honestly the metal underneath was the same color. One thing to keep in mind is to clean the inside filters near where the handle is, as you'll otherwise end up with a drop in pressure after a few years. This is a beautiful fixture and it is the first handheld shower head I have purchased that the hose line from water source to head is soft and pliable not stiff and twisted.
