All parts were organized, and nothing arrived damaged. The kit also included all the necessary hardware, gloves, and clear, easy-to-read instructions. The instruction booklet is laid out well and appears straightforward to follow when installation time comes. Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you.
