Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. When not in use it is flush with the stovetop which helps create a flat seamless flow on the countertop. When we have used it, it works very well.
