Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. It looks beautiful on my wall. I hooked it up to a light switch and it works like a dream. My towel gets toasty... keep in mind I'm not expecting scalding hot so it meets my expectations. Beautiful drain for a beautiful bathtub...but, it is unfortunate it does not come standard with the $4500 bathtub. Not Wayfair's fault....the manufacturer makes you pay for it separately.
