Have had for about a month and love it so much! The turbo was is quick and cleans really well. Sheets do take longer to dry if using the bulky setting but doesn't if you use the regular setting. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! I had limited space for this appliance so I chose the vent-less apartment size version of the tower. The washing machine half works great. It's small capacity, but it fits my king size sheet set or a week's worth of my clothes so I am happy. The dryer is very slow to dry, likely due to the vent-less status. I love the way the washer lightly spins before filling to help distribute the clothing easily. It offers lots of choices for many different types of fabrics. There is a drawer you can put your detergent in for proper dispersal into the drum, but I didn’t see it mentioned in the book anywhere. Ok for what it is this dryer is awesome. I wanted a ventless solution since I had to move this to a room with no area for venting so I understand the limitations which are not ideal but for what it is, it works great. So what are those caveats? Ventless drying can't get rid of all the moisture because it's being recycled so the more moisture there is the hard it is to fully eliminate that moisture. For most things, clothing even a full load, it usually has no problems. But if you are drying a full blanket then you'll find that it takes maybe 2 full runs to get it completely dry. But lets be honest how often are we cleaning blankets? not that often so for most cases it's perfect. I kind of which I could have it auto drain into my washer drain pipe so i don't have to empty out the water tray so regularly but otherwise it's not a huge inconvenience.
