This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first.
