We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. I just got my new freezer today and I love it I will have to wait 24 hours before I can plug it in it is the perfect size for my apartment its awesome and going to be great for myself and my roommate we have one in the top of the refrigerator but we like to stock up on food especially in the winter because we have alot of snow up here in North Dakota and now we dont have to worry about getting out to buy groceries as often and wow what a great price I always look at wayfair before any where else because they have the best prices and selections and they stand behind everything that they sell and they have a wonderful customer service department and if you have a problem they will take care of it very quickly and efficiently thanks again WAYFAIR for another great purchase I will be shopping with you guys again soon.
