Absolutely amazing customer service answer all in every question I had throughout the process and they just answered all my questions and they said stated that even though there was a few mix-ups with the order that it was corrected and processed through very quickly and they stated that I could expect to have my shipment here and my order here by April 27th and sure enough April 27th via FedEx Express delivery came rolling through with the much needed portable oxygen or concentrator machine for my mother-in-law and to see that woman smile when she got it and cry made me cry and I couldn't stop she means the world to us and thank you way for such a great outstanding shopping experience I will be shopping again. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
