We were missing a couple parts I contacted the company and they made it right. It’s not waterproof in the least. But the worst part is how low it is. I hit my head ALL THE TIME!! I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. I love my storage shed!! As long as you follow the directions on YouTube and in the booklet you’ll be fine. It took us a total of 8 hours split between two days. It has a good amount of space! The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. This outdoor storage shed is pretty complicated to build. It took me a couple of days to put together the floor and the walls, and I'm still not done because I realized a few parts are missing from the back wall, and the front wall part is about 3 inches shorter. So now I'm waiting for the missing parts and doing my best to make it work. My level of experience in assembling stuff is so-so, but I strongly recommend hiring people to build this because it's pretty complicated to build a shed like this that has over probably 100 parts that have to be meticulously assembled together. This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support.
