Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
