These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality. This commercial grade downlight is ideal for new construction when specified with a 4" x 2 1/8" square or octagonal J box. It is also conveniently UL Listed for wet conditions only indoor wet locations such as above a shower. For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. Haven’t installed yet, but these were a great value on sale! I’ve seen some places charging 80 per light and the cheapest other option was still 40. Since I have to buy a large volume of these, a savings of 5-10 per light realllllly adds up! Great product for the price. The LEDs make it easy to change colors. Easy to install. This is the 10" and we could have gone a little bigger for the space. Had we gone with the 13" we wouldn't have to touch up paint around it, but I also like that they aren't that noticeable and something bigger might have been too obtrusive as this is just a small rectangle between multiple rooms. Using this timer, we did a retrofit to enable our new front porch chandelier to be an automatic dusk to dawn light. It was easy to switch out the existing light switch inside our house with this timer. Although the lettering is quite small, it isn't difficult to program or operate.
