Used these beautiful tiles to cover an outdoor pathway. Have received tons of compliments from everyone who passes by. The tile must be set over concrete for the additional support to hold up. We placed three tiles alongside eachother to form a 48" wide row and separated each row going back with red polished small pebbles to pick up the colors in the tiles. I would recommend no more than 2" between each row of pebbles, especially if you need to pull a wheelchair or any wheeling object along the path. Pros: Great and unique look, designer look, looks very expensive, was a great value, Cons: Need to see wear over time, must be careful with handling as they are not too thick. Nice full size 12" square sample and color is pretty good but not nearly as varied as in the photo and no veining which appears very evident in the photo. It won't work for our bathroom..
