This item is inspired by the French technique of Verre Eglomise in which artists literally painted the back of the clear glass. Because of this when viewed from the front, the painting is brought to life under the depth of the glass. This beautiful piece uses different shades and shapes of blue and gray to create an incredible work of art. It can be displayed as a floor leaner or hanging on the wall.

This striking piece shows a tall woman in a dress, yet there’s something otherworldly and perhaps even mechanical about her. Formed from mixed media iron sculpture, this lady is part vivid brush strokes and part textured metal. The subject’s face is a metal mesh, perhaps hiding a clockwork beneath.
