This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I ordered the carbon tiles. They turned out great in my entryway, kitchen and closet. Installing them went pretty smoothly. With the four sides connecting it was a little difficult in smaller spaces to latch the sides but with persistence it worked out and they feel like they will stay together better than the connect and pound style.
