We were excited to get this for our business. But we are on a well, and it does not take potable well water. So be aware, can only be used with water coming from a town/city water system. Have been using a 5 gal. dispenser type for about a year and a half at out martial arts academy. Looking forward to a lot less hassle from refills and cups each week by installing this little guy. Relatively easy to install as long as you have some do-it-yourself in your blood. Looks great and the bottle filling station really completed the look! We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. Why would this be designed for the chiller to be located under the lower fountain bowl? There's a ton of room on the left side (upper fountain). This is absolutely ridiculous! The swirlflo units need traps behind the panel which is difficult with the chiller in place. The rough-in sheet is horrible. The bottle filler drain design is not good either. Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I was very concerned there would not be enough room to store all our food in it.
