I love the appearance and quality of this desk. The sintered stone is beautiful and very easy to keep clean. I receive compliments on the style and uniqueness of the design from guests all the time. The desk drawers are small in terms of width, but the depth is sufficient to fit my small desk items and storage containers. The desk is small so I recommended it for smaller spaces, but if I could purchase again, I would go with the longer 63” as opposed to the 55”. Im not sure what’s worse, the product, the manufacture or Wayfair customer service. They are all complicit in by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! Stay away from this product and stay away from Wayfair. They sent me a defective desk than wouldn’t replace any of the items. This is a beautiful desk. Looks just as good as it does in the picture. The chairs in my photo are also from Wayfair. I recommend paying the money to assemble. It took the two-person crew three hours. But it looks perfect. However, long after the assembly crew left, I realized the light on the front of the desk does not work. I really like this desk. I think its great. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right. Desk is really nice and really big the 70" but Im in woodworking buisness and its a challenging job to build a desk like this but its definitely worth it . Of course I could knit pick but if I wasn't a finish woodworker id be 100% happy im about 90% happy especially knowing the challenge of building a oval wooden desk and the paint finish was also good so overall its very nice and definitely was the look I was goin for ..
