I was genuinely excited to find this warmer! I live in an old house (120yrs old), it’s so drafty even on spring nights. I popped my blanket in for 30min and when I took it out for my sofa nap.. I love this! I have a contemporary master bathroom that doesn't have a lot of ventilation, ad a wonderful pool/spa with wet towels and bathing suits, that gives you a need for a heated towel rack that dries 'em. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
