Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Very energy efficient and sleek looking. I installed through the wall with no issues. Only problem is that it was damaged during shipping but Wayfair made it right. I had used this type of air conditioner at an Air BnB and really like it, this was main reason for ordering this one and it is great. I especially like that it is a converter unit and can be used year-round for cooling in the summer and for heat in the winter. The greatest advantage, I think is the savings on your electric bill from not having to cool the entire house. The inverter option is great for any place with short winters for the same reason noted above, no furnace needed! I heat up a room for the cold hours of the night and that’s it. The remote control is a must, but it works great with the thermostat so I just set the temperature I like and that’s it! The room stays at a comfortable temperature. My husband was able to do most of the installation. It was relatively easy to install the unit on the wall with parts that are included, we only had a certified electrician do the the connection and final install of the unit. This is a major appliance. I am super excited about this and to get it installed in the bonus room above the garage. It gets pretty warm in there in the summer months and cold in the winter months. This is exactly what I needed. I have had somewhat of a journey finding an HVAC company to install it considering I already have the equipment, but I have two quotes which seem reasonable and will look to have it installed in the coming weeks. It is definitely a sleek, looking appliance that will blend in nicely to the room. HVAC estimators said all of the components are standard and included and there was nothing more they needed to add to it. One said it looked like a high-quality product to install.
