I've had this for about two months--although it hasn't been installed that long. It seems to work beautifully, has lots of options for heat, spin, sanitize--anything you could possibly want. No complaints at all! If I had just replaced a former unit, this would have been a breeze, and probably the installation would have been a snap! But if you, like me, are installing ANY unit in a new location in your house, beware of steep learning curve! In my case: re-routing of HVAC register & ductwork, new electric lines with permits, new plumbing lines connecting to maze of existing plumbing lines, with outdoor dryer venting connecting to--what? Well it was not simple! And, all the work with several different contractors cost at least three times what the unit itself did, in the end. $$$$! On the positive side, I now have exactly what I wanted, and it all works perfectly, giving me the flexibility I craved. I read lots of reviews, and this stackable seemed best.. Kate. Maryland. We've had this dryer for a year now. We bought it with the matching washer. Dryer works well, much less lint than our old dryer. The setting that is most helpful is the 18-minute fast dry. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas.
