I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Aquia IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and T40 Washlet®+ or seat designed for Washlet®+ models.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. The ECOPOWER faucet is ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces and provides an elegant water conservation solution. Powered by the force of running water, ECOPOWER hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the Smart Sensor System of the faucet. The ECOPOWER faucet is highly efficient, replenishing power stores in as little as five uses daily. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. The ECOPOWER 0.5 GPM 10 second on-demand controller uses only 0.08 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant. The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
