Purchased the Riverwood style. Painted them but have not installed yet. They arrived primed, but primer is tacky…sticky. I have had to put 2 heavy coats of paint on them. Still painting…waiting for paint coats to dry and not be sticky either. Only concern is the shutters are not as sturdy as I expected (why the 4 stars) and hoping during installation they will not be damaged. Beautiful high quality shutters that I could not find anywhere else. Do be warned that production and delivery take a long time due to each shutter being cut to your custom measurements. The best part is you can make your own shapes and sizes by simply cutting the moulding piece down to size, and then butting them up to the decorative corners. These are also commonly used for an inexpensive wainscot look.

The medallion arrived on time and was well-packaged, arriving in good condition. Overall, it looks nice and should work well for my project. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that some of the edges are a bit rough and will need a little sanding before installation. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the purchase.. Beautiful shutters. Great detail. Love the custom sizes. Only negatives are that they do not come with any mounting hardware or advice on how to mount them…and for the price, I would have expected pristine condition but there are a couple of areas that look like they did not quite get enough paint on them.
