Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. We order the millwork crown moulding to marry our plaster crown moulding.We enduring a car running into end of our home..We had to replace 15 feet that was damaged and it worked beautifully with contractor using these in pinch.Very thankful for this product. You cannot tell the difference in plaster and the Medway crown.In the picture at least one third of the crown moulding is this product and rest is plaster created by Davis PlasterArt in 2013.. Lynda.
