Also, VERY important to know, in very fine print, it says that they are not returnable - even though on the same page on the website, in large capital letters, that all orders from Wayfair can be returned within 30 days. I did a small garage makeover/addition which included changing the front faade of my garage to a more Craftsman-style look on my single story ranch-style house. I selected the PVC Claremont Bracket (now called Traditional) to add some character to the eve overhang. I this item a 5 star review because its beautiful. However, the ordering process was a pain. wayfair kept changing the date of delivery. I had hired a builder to install them because it is holding up a small roof, so I needed to know a date of delivery but, every couple of days I received an email with a change. So, I called the manufacturer and they stated the delivery date has always been the same which was another date then what I had from Wayfair. The good news is it came 3 days early.
