I am pleasantly surprised and delighted by this new computer desk. I didn't realize that it is nearly all metal, with the exception of the top. As a result, it is incredibly strong and solid. Even the top surface looks and feels like solid wood. Assembly was relatively easy, but does require a bit of time and patience. Having a second person for all of the assembly would have sped my process. Finally a decent-good quality product from China, with all the parts included, and even legible assembly instructions. I ordered this desk on Jan 17th because of its fast delivery, but it was delayed more than a week. When the package got here, it was damaged and pieces were missing. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would send me the missing parts. I waited over a week, but I never heard from the manufacturer, and the parts never came. I asked for a refund. The packaging said that I wouldn't have to send it back, and I spoke to a Wayfair representative who confirmed I didn't need to send it back for my refund. On Feb 21st I received an email telling me my refund was issued, but on March 14th, the refund still hasn't been issued. Since then, I have received another package with random parts and no instructions, they don't go to the desk.
