I would not expect this from. $2k item. I called wayfair, they say to call zephyr. I called Zephyr, it took a whole week to get someone on the phone. You have the longest hold times. You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. I installed this exhaust about 4 months ago by a professional company. Installation didn't take long time. We were very curious if it will do its jobs properly. We are very satisfied with the performance of this exhaust. When my wife cook South Asian food with spices, smell spread in whole house downstairs and upstairs. Sometime we had to open windows and doors for cross ventilation so that smell of spices clears out. After Kutch exhaust is installed, we are very happy. Now when food is cook and exhaust running, there is no smell in house. It is also not very noisy. It looks beautiful and cleaning is very easy.
