I used them in a different way… mainly for safety so if my daughter does in the couch she can’t climb over the side rail. At night my deck turns into a high end private outdoor space. Easy to put together by myself. Took me about 35 minutes. Some of the metal to metal holes didn’t line up but all the other holes were pretty close enough to use the sharp screws. Haven’t bolted them to the porch floor yet so cannot review how well these stand up to high winds. Had a very strong urea smell so glad these are outside and not inside. On a whole, I like this panel. It ws very easy to assemble, and I love the look of the wood and the black metal together. My biggest issue was the fact that they sent an incorrect piece instead of one of the spacers, and it would have been way to much trouble to get them to replace it, so I had to make due on my own. Used this to complete a screen around our HVAC and backup generator as required by the township. This is expensive compared to other screen options. However, this screen is much more substantial than any of the alternatives I've seen. Others are perhaps 1/8" thick, bend like cardboard, and can be cut with a utility knife. This is almost 1/2" thick, almost impossible to bend, and requires a table saw or circular saw to cut. I am so happy with this privacy screen! I didn’t know until assembling that the feet can be put on horizontal or vertical, I choose vertical. This comes with cement screws as well and pre-drilled holes in the feet. This is a bit more wobbly than I expected, but the test will be an Iowa winter, yet to come. This does have pretty good ventilation through the slats though so I’m hoping it will last awhile. Super cute for decorating! Provides privacy exactly where I needed it. Update even when I had it weighted at the bottom and I thought the Iowa winter wind would vent through okay, it did not hold up. It fell a handful of times and even though it had a fight with my red chair I had to put more pavers to hold through winter in a quick fix. I will be re thinking where this goes before next winter!. Amazing panels! They completely transformed our back porch sitting area. I bolted them into our back porch cement with some Tapcons and even in extremely high winds they don't budge. The raw steel will rust and develop a rich patina that will add a pop of color to any outdoor space. During the initial rusting phase, rust will drip from the surface of the screen. Veradek recommends placing an appropriate protective barrier between the screen and ground to ensure no stains are left behind

I bought these to help reduce the wind that we get on our deck. We have them attached to the railings. Last year we had to chase our furniture a few times during our wind storms but not this year. They worked very well as a wind break. They definitely had to be secured well to keep them in place. They look very nice and add to the look of our deck instead of taking away. We purchased this to hide our pool filter and pumps but coordinate with existing black fencing around our pool. The size is perfect and it looks good from the road. We assembled this to be longer horizontally. The instructions were unclear for this orientation, but we figured it out. I wish it came with 2 additional support pieces for this orientation because it’s a bit flimsy. We will have to rig something to stabilize it but hope it lasts a few years!. Sherri. SC. Purchased the teak color. Carpenter says it’s a great product. Does not come with anything but siding pieces. Carpenter watched video on how to install-very helpful. Cuts easily with an electric saw. Nice clean edges. Very heavy. Ridges are hollow so we installed a ledge above and below siding so that insects could not get in and make nests. We had some exposed screws due to were the edge of siding ended in project. Did a paint match and painted tops of screws. Very happy with results. I could not have installed this siding.
