Just screw the 3 hinges on, place the three peices of hardware in the 3 holes, mount the top track, place the bottom against the jamb, and pop the door into place. I was done in 15 minutes. The only real downsides were the instructions and a couple of small hardware issues. The manual had some of the worst English I’ve ever seen on an instruction sheet — it was genuinely confusing and made installation take longer than it should have. The clamping pins also felt a bit cheap and could have been higher quality, but they’re functional. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The doors look great and deliver on style and value. I had the door professionally installed. I purchased 5 lag bolts , header board , a sander , weatherizing stain to color it grey, spray poly. I was initially disappointed when assembling because some of the boards were cut short and I can see tiny gaps in the wood but it is a heavy door that was a bit of a project. The handle is great and on the other side of the handle there is an intention so you can push the door from the other side. We did not install the lock latch but it is a very solid piece.
