I really love the way this looks once assembled. Assembly was fairly straightforward just a bit tedious. The instructions could be better in particular the illustrations. The only negative I have is that mine have a gap between them. I adjusted the foot pegs on each to make sure they were balance and that is what I got. These are a great alternative to a floating wall for decoration. This is in the bathroom and I think it goes well. This 3-tier bookshelf is very sturdy and definitely has some weight to it while assembling. I highly recommend putting it together in the area where you plan to place it so you won’t have to move it afterward. The directions can be somewhat confusing at times, so make sure to pay close attention to avoid putting pieces together incorrectly. While tightening some of the screws, I noticed the wood slightly chipped in a few spots, but nothing major enough to affect the assembly or stability. It took me about an hour and a half to put together because I had to redo a few steps twice. The bookshelf includes LED lights with two different settings, along with a USB port that can also be used for charging. Overall, I would recommend this bookshelf. I searched high and low to find a shelving unit with tall enough, deep enough, and wide enough shelves to accommodate some large Lego constructs. Leaving out two of the shelves of this unit mostly accomplished the job. My only issue is that the design of this is a little odd, having the slats on the front. I believe this was designed to be more of a room divider, where it makes more sense, but this still works okay. I also wish the shelves were adjustable.
