Handcrafted by artisans right here in Sarasota, FL. Recesses in the wall to get that toilet paper roll out of your way and free up much needed space! Must have standard 2 x 4 walls. Holds any size roll on the market with room to spare. Includes white plastic spring loaded toilet paper roller. Installation could not be easier! Just cut the opening in the drywall and use construction adhesive on the back side of the frame and push it in the wall. Measures 10" x 8.5" x 3.75"d. Holder measures 7"h x 5.5"w inside. Your Rough opening needs to be 8 5/8"h x 7 1/8"w x 4"d, so it will NOT work to replace most chrome metal units unless your opening can be easily enlarged. Unfinished SOLID pine. You can paint or stain this item easily as desired.
