The artwork is beautiful. It is exactly as depicted in the photo. I couldn’t be happier with the piece itself. The FedX delivery of the item is an entirely different matter. The driver was too lazy to walk an additional 25-30 feet and place the package on my covered porch, as instructed. Instead, it was left in my driveway, against a downspout. It rained throughout the day. Aside from the fact that the package couldn’t be seen while backing my car out of the garage, it may also not have been seen when pulling a car into the garage. Then there is the matter of giving no thought to the package getting wet and the possible consequences. I frequently have this issue with FedX. I don’t know if it’s the bad behavior of one or two drivers or a more systematic failing of FedX itself. I do know that I’m tired of the bad service and Wayfair not properly addressing it; if they’ve tried at all. I’ve called Wayfair to complain about this issue more than once, without seeing improvement or receiving any response from them. This is a bad customer service. Wayfair generally charges customers for order delivery fees. It’s an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed and resolved. Again, this is not the fault of the artist.
