It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. The unit came in packed absolutely top notch! It ships in 5 boxes. The wood laminate looks absolutely great has a nice feel when you touch it - you can sense the grain too, which is neat! The sinks are lovely and so are the countertops. Basically you get quite a bit for your money and we couldn't be happier with this purchase. An important detail to keep in mind is that the vanity comes fully disassembled and you will need to put it together. If you do not have tools and experience in doing so (including mounting hinges, caulking sinks etc.), you should definitely hire someone to help with the assembly - please do not submit angry review instead, complaining about needing to put this together. Heritage Brass

This is a beautiful lamp but had to get a replacement as the first lamp received appeared to be a return and was damaged. Customer service was absolutely THE BEST and I received a new replacement lamp that I am, for the most part, very pleased with. Be very careful taking hinged lamp outs of the styrofoam packing as the two lamps can swing down and hit the metal - might be better to use 2 people to unpack as we did (the adjustment screws are not tightened down in the styrofoam packing). The only reason for the 4 star review is that even on the replacement lamp, the screws that tighten down the lamp position don't want to stay in position and I don't want to tighten too much because it can strip the screws. Bought as a replacement tub for remodel, not a new build space. Actual tub is 18 of inch bigger than dimensions listed and also in the product packaging!!! We had to rip out our drywall and trim down studs to fit it in our replacement tub space 60 inch standard. Tub install directions are thorough explains putting thinsetmortar under tub. Finish is shiny. We bought the drain from Kingston brass, as other ones will not fit under it correctly we found. Can’t wait to have a bath!
